Welcome to balletclass.com’s online store!
We launched balletclass in September 2021 with the aim of providing high quality classes that you can trust to teach ballet as it should be danced. We did this by inviting some of the world’s top professional dancers to create and demonstrate their own lessons covering everything from Classical Ballet to Pas de Deux and Repertoire. Now, three years later, we have a huge library of lessons from already 35 Dancer-Teachers which are available to our Soloist Members over on balletclass.com.
This online store has been an idea for a while mainly because of numerous requests from our Soloist Members of how to purchase the famous black T-shirt with bright pink logo that our instructors wear in the videos! Now, we are delighted to offer a way to connect even more with balletclass and get that very T-shirt! Not only that, but we are excited to share with you a whole load of fun and original designs to brighten up your ballet class wardrobe!
You don’t need to be a balletclass Soloist Member to buy from our store but our members receive 10% discount on all purchases. Get in touch by emailing support@balletclass.com and let us know what you think of our new collection! Ideas and feedback are always welcome!

If you are a balletclass Soloist Member, you can find your discount code in the balletclass community area https://balletclass.com/community. If you are not a balletclass Soloist Member, scroll to the bottom of this page and sign up to our mailing list to receive a 10% discount code for use with any balletclass Soloist Membership subscription https://balletclass.com/join_us. After you become a Soloist Member you will also qualify for 20% off anything in the shop.
Physical products in the shop.
Our shop uses a fulfilment company to produce and ship our products to you after you order something. The system is very smart and aims to reduce the environmental impact of shipping by producing your order as near to your shipping address as possible. Currently, this applies to 95% of our products. The Weekender bag and Poster products are only produced in the USA and therefore shipping for those products is separate and costs more than the other items in the shop.
Returns and sizing.
As good as the fulfilment company is, working through them means that we are unable to receive returns. If there is a fault with your product when you receive it, please email support@balletclass.com and we will put it right for you immediately. To avoid ordering the wrong size, every product has clear sizing tables in centimetres and inches. Please measure yourself to compare to the relevant product measurements to ensure you order the correct size. We cannot swap your order for you if it doesn’t fit.
Postage.
The cost of shipping is calculated and added to your order at checkout and will depend on how many items you ordered and where you are located.
Logging in.
As the balletclass shop is hosted on the website “www.shop-balletclass.com” rather than on “www.balletclass.com” itself, you will need separate login passwords for both sites. We apologise for the inconvenience of this. Currently it is not possible for us to include an online store on the actual balletclass.com website and this way is the best option for the time being. We appreciate your understanding.
